No, it is best not to imbibe, while taking this medication. It tends to cause some pretty severe side effects in a fairly large percentage of people that take it and those will increase with the consumption of alcohol.
Regular side effects may include nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.
