Can Xigris Be Used For Nephratic Syndrome Patients?? Detected With Dengue?

my dad is a nephratic syndrome second degree patient,recently his serum creatinine level was 1.4,was having fever with low platelet count his advised to be admitted in ICU was kept in ICU for 22 days platelet count increased but his haemoglobin level decreased to 6.8,stills he feel weak and stand on his feet,he his used to dialysis now,earlier dialysis was done since it was required on him,his kidney worsened and his health also.suggest us what to do.was it right to use XIGRIS or is he facing side effects of XIGRIS now??suggest lagaaly what steps we can take on hospital and doctor.

I am 50 years, my platelet count 80,000. Hb 15.0, TLC 5,100. How can I raise platele count? suggest diet, exercise etc.
