Any medication can cause hives, if you're allergic to it, so yes, it is possible. This tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen and you may be allergic to one of those active ingredients.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
