While it is possible to mail insulin, you would likely still need to pack unopened vials in an insulated container with ice packs to ensure its safe arrival.
Perhaps a smaller lunch pale inside of a tight box would be a feasible option. Others mentioned utilizing a styrofoam box with the vials secured in bubble wrap and a few cold packs.
I've also read a lot of reviews from those having success with UPS ground, but you may want to contact the company you decide to ship with so they can give you proper coordinates on shipping and arrival times.
