Can U Take Prednisone With Muscle Relaxer My Doctor Said Not

My doctor just started me on a round of steroids. She said not to take my naproxin with it. Forgot to ask if I can take my flexerol with it. Can I do that ?

Yes, that should be fine, as long as your doctor approves. The reason she told you to skip the Naproxen is because it and Prednisone both increased the toxicity of each other, which could result in overdose issues.

The FDA lists the typical side effects for Prednisone as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne, fluid retention and weight changes.
