Can Tramadol Cause Heart Pains

I've been taking 50mg Tramadol, recommended as a "safe" long term medication for my Tail bone pain.
Recently given sample pack of green and yellow Tramadol capsules. My heart feels weird with some light pains, Could the yellow/green Tramadol be fake or ingredients differ from the white tablets ?

I have been on tramodol 50mg capsules for hemiplegic migraines for a while now these are usually green/yellow in colour. My last repeat they are just yellow in colour. Are these 50mg tramadol

Hi Lucy!

Anytime you feel like something may be affecting your heart, you should have it checked out by a doctor immediately.

While there's a good chance that it's nothing, the risk of it being something dangerous is far too great to be posting on a free website and waiting for an answer.

It is most likely some gas or acidity from the capsules, they probably contain some different inactive ingredients than the tablets, but I really can't stress enough how important it is to have this checked out.

And who recommended the Tramadol as being a safe long-term medication?

It's really just as risky as most narcotic opiates.
