Can Too Much Ranitidine Cause Worms

Please let me know if too much of this medication taken for a long period of time can cause worms?

No, that is not a known side effects. This is an antacid and the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, flatulence, and diarrhea.

Did someone tell you that it could?

Are you on any other medications?

Worms are most commonly caught via pets, undercooked foods, or walking outside barefoot and stepping in pet waste.
