Can Take With Blood P. Medicine, Losartan-hctz 50-12.5 Mg ?

I was prescribed this medication & now wondering if it's safe to take with my blood pressure med....it's on the week end & I can't contact my Dr., 'till Monday morning.....my bp. med. is Losartan-HCTZ 50- 12.5 mg tab....Thanks for your help!.

What medication was prescribed? I'm sorry, but you only mentioned your blood pressure medication.

As listed by the FDA, the typical side effects of Losartan/HCTZ may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, dehydration and hypotension.
