Can Syphilis Be Treated With Cephalexin 500mg

I have the red capsules of 500mg CEPHALEXIN can it treat syphilis trichomonas or gonorrhea why I'm asking is because I had it prescribed for tooth infection and I have one refill and I just found out that someone I was dating and found out he was married and his wife contacted me and said she almost died with trick of gnomus or gonorrhea so I might want to get checked but I have no ovaries or uterus I had a complete hysterectomy I think I might have the uterus or the cervix one of those ones I don't have

The best thing to do would be to see your doctor and have yourself for checked for any STIs, so they can prescribe the correct medication, if one is required.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Cephalexin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash. (NDC code 0093-2240)
