Can Someone Fall Pregnant After The Removal Of Only Jadell

What can i do to get pregnant? Doctor failed to remove the other road of jadell. Please help how can i fall pregnant? My periods are normal. Does it expire? Will i fall pregnant anymore because they failed to locate it. Only one jadell was removed.
