Can Renerve Plus Be Used For Memory Problems

i am suffering from memory problems for a few years MRI scan and preliminary memory tests show good results.doctor prescribed renerve plus cap. for 60 days in the morning after breakfast. will it do good. iam not suferring any kind of pains in body.is there any side effects
