Can Prolomet Xl 25 Cause A Gas Problem

I have been taking 1 tablet of prolomet 25 mg in the morning and 1 tablet of telmisertin 40 mg in the evening for 10 days. Are there any side effects I should be aware of?

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Are you on any other medications? How long have you been taking it?
