PENICILLIN OINTMENT, can it be used on a drug reaction mounds/rashes on my private part and lips?

No, it will not help with that. It is an antibiotic ointment that will only help with topical bacterial infections.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, rash, irritation and dryness.

Audra no, it will also not help with hair growth.
