Can Ovacare Delay My Periods

I'm an irregular when I got married i used the emergency pills for3months when I stopped I didn't have my period for like three months until when the doc prescribed ovacare for me. Few day of taking the medicine I had a heavy flow which started on the 12of April to 18 April 2018 since then this is 25 may2018 am not pregnant and no period Wat could be the problem?
