I had a urine test to get a job and they said I tested positive for marijuana! That's impossible! Don't smoke that crap! I'm taking prescribed Tramadol & Methylprednisolpne.. I have also taken Advil and Aleve but those are over the counter from Walgreens.

Ibuprofen can create a false positive for marijuana, depending on how the person metabolizes chemicals. IF you get a false positive then tell them it was from Ibuprofen and ask them to do a GC-Mass Spec.

I tested positive for Methamphetamine after using nose spray as you indicated on your Post. 4 Way nasal spray cost me my Dr and I was on Methadone for pain. Had to try and find another Dr but was blacklisted from all pain Dr's. Ended up going to a Methadone Clinic (10 hours round trip) and paying $320 monthly. Don't use 4 Way nasal spray.
