Can I use mupirocin and triamcinolone to effectively treat a bacterial skin infection ?

What type of bacterial skin infection? Has it been confirmed by your doctor?

Topical ointments are really only going to help with a topical infection, that would be one that's just on the very first layer of skin.

Anything deeper than that is going to require a systemic antibiotic to eradicate, which means either taking it orally or by IV.
