Evion cream is just a vitamin E cream, so it may help with the dryness, because vitamin E is good for your skin. But there are no guarantees that it will help. Its most common side effect is skin irritation and redness.

What else have you tried? What type of soap do you use? Many soaps can cause a lot of drying of the skin.
