I have used Amoxil for bronchitis and ear infections before. As long as it is bacterial it should treat a broard spectrum of illnesses.

This is an antibiotic, so it will only help with bacterial infections. If your symptoms are due to something such as a cold or allergies, it will not help and taking it when it isn't appropriate may result in your developing antibiotic resistance.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Has the presence of an infection been confirmed?
