You shouldn't combine these, without your doctor's approval.

Viagra can also lower your blood pressure, so combining it with the Lisinopril could cause your blood pressure to go too low and may put you in danger.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Viagra as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stuffy nose, blurred vision and priapism. The side effect to Lisinopril may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and hypotension.
