Can I Take Percocet With Ibuprofen

I took 400 mg of Advil about 2 hours ago while eating. When is it safe to take a 5/325 mg Percocet? I had a minor surgery on a Bartholin cyst last night.

Hello, Smith! How are you? Sorry about the cyst, those are very painful. I had one a few years ago, but thankfully, it went away on its own.

There are no interactions or problems listed, that I can find, between these medications, so it should be okay to take the Percocet, unless your doctor says otherwise.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
