Hello Samira,

According to a study done by the National Institute of Health Lutenyl (nomegestrol acetate) has been successfully used in the treatment of menstrual cycle disorders and dysfunctional uterine bleedings. With that in mind I would strongly suggest that you listen to your doctors instructions and take the medicines you have been prescibed. There really isn't any advice that can be given here, the doctor is doing their best to treat you and in order to do so they need your cooperation in taking your medicine as instructed.

I hope that your situation improves in the near future. Keep us updated on how it all turns out.
