I didn't find any problems or interactions listed, but it's always best to double check such information to be sure.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Naproxen as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

And the side effects of Dicyclomine may possibly include drowsiness, weakness, decrease in urination and stomach pain.
