No, this is an antibiotic and it is only effective at treating bacterial infections. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

However, athlete's foot is actually a fungal infection, so you'll need an antifungal medication to treat it.
