can i take calcium 600mg, 300 mg magnesium with 625mg amoxicillin

Calcium can sometimes affect the absorption of certain antibiotics. I haven't been able to find anything specific on Amoxicillin, but I'd suggest separating them by several hours to be safe and you should also double check this with your doctor or pharmacist, just in case I'm on the wrong track.
