There actually aren't any reliable ways to check for drug interactions between pharmaceutical preparations and OTC fat burners such as Stacker 3, since they don't contain "medically recognized" ingredients to compare upon. However it still seems to me like it would be best to contact your doctor first regarding anything else you intend to take along with what he/she prescribed. This way if there ever are any discrepancies (knock on wood) you and your doctor will at least be on the same page.
Personally, I'd be wondering whether the stimulating effects of a fat burner would be too stimulating with the addition of another stimulant like Adderall, but I think it's better to play it safe and get a second opinion before experimenting solely based on how you feel.
