Can I Take A Pills 10 Days After Menstruation

Hi! Just wanna ask if it's okay to still take diane pills on the 10th day of my menstrual period? Thanks! What could be the possible effect? Or what should be my alternatives?

i take diane 35 before 15 days of menstruation. and i have intercourse last night. im protected from pregnancy? because its my first time to take the pills.
