Can I Take 2 Meloxicam 15 Mg Pills

I have very bad rheumatoid arthritis. I've been taking one pill of Meloxicam 15mg in the morning. Now it's night time and the pain came back. Can I take another pill?

It would be best not to exceed the prescribed amount. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.

What has your doctor instructed you to take? Are on any other medications?
