Can I Switch From Azithromycin To Amoxicillin
UpdatedI have been taking azithromycin for 2 days (2 pills a day) for a dental problem. Now my doctor suggested I go for amoxicillin. Would it be appropriate to make the switch?

It is always best to follow your doctor's instructions. The FDA lists the typical antibiotic side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.
