Can I Overdose On Stool Softeners

i want to just s*** everything out so i can start my starves again. i ate for 3 whole days and im starving again. if i take too many is it possible to OD?

Hi Kaylee, Sorry to hear about your situation. It's definitely possible to OD on virtually any medication. But if you're concerned about taking too much of one thing, what I would suggest is actually trying a different approach altogether.

There are several types of foods you can eat throughout the day to help regulate bowel movements, so you don't have to rely on just the one medication.

A combination of soluble and insoluble fiber from fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grains, can also help soften bowel movements.
