Can I Get Pregnant Using Pills

Hi ive been taking trust pills for 5yrs but i decided to change it into daphne pills, before i have an regular menstruation but on my 1month taking daphne i dont have my menstruation, but my p.t is negative. What should i do ? Do i need to continues my pills?
