Can I get my fentanyl patches filled in Florida if it was written in Texas?

You will have the best results if you get them filled where you usually do. There are 2 issues at play here, one is that there is a limit on how much of any controlled substance a pharmacy can stock each month, so they have to prioritize for their regular customers.

The next issue is that most pharmacies require that both you and the doctor be located within a certain radius, so they can more easily verify the validity of the prescription.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Hi Debra! Some pharmacy's will do it and some won't. If u can, get it filled b 4 u leave 2 another state. If not, ask your pharmacist if u can do that.
