Did you mean the one with the K56 marking?
If so, it is manufactured by KVK Tech and they list as containing 10mgs of Oxycoodone in a regular release formulation, so yes, it can safely be cut, if your doctor approves of you lowering your dosage.
The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
