Can Hydrocodone Cause A Positive Drug Test For Meth???

Need a bit of info from your advise on a drug test. Was taking hydrocodone for a surgery on my knee, tested positive for meth when mandatory test. Please help. Job at stake. Haven't ever done meth this is why i need an answer???????????

I was hurt on the job and broke both bones on my left arm. Took a drug test for surgery and it came out I was using cocaine and I never did cocaine in my life. Will that affect my workers comp? I passed the drug test when I was first injured.
