No, both of these medications contain Paracetamol and taking too much of it in any 8 hour period, or within 24 hours, could result in overdose toxicity, which has the potential to be fatal, as reported by the U.S. FDA.
It would be best to stick with one or the other. Which did your doctor advise you to take?
Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness and headache.
