I'm already in trouble with CPS and was just prescribed Flagyl. Can I get a positive drug test for taking them. Just wondering before I do.

I'm in trouble with cps for drug usage. Although it was only one time I've been clean for two months and was recently prescribed Flagyl. I'm wondering if anyone have tooking this prescribed antibiotic and had a false positive drug test. I want to know before I take it.
