Wen I take Althea Pill my cycle period became irregular,is this normal? I am not PREGNANT?

Yes, that can be a normal side effect, according to the NIH, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and PMS-like symptoms.

It can take about 3 months for your body to adjust to this medication, so the side effects go away. If they do not, or if they become severe, you may need to try a different oral contraceptive.
