Hi roger,
According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, there IS a drug interaction between Clarithromycin (Claritromicina) and Xarelto (Rivaroxaban), having what they consider to be a "moderate potential" for interaction. Their report goes on to note that using these two drugs together may increase blood levels of Rivaroxaban and therefore an increased risk of its potential side effects as well. However it sounds to me like you can simply work with your doctor on adjusting the dosage to decrease this risk if need be.
I also wanted to clarify that Moxitral is listed online as containing Amoxicillin + Clavulanate; a completely different antibiotic than Claritromicina (Clarithromycin).
Hope this info helps!
