Can Citalopram Cause A False Positive?

Im on methadone and have been for 4 years and have not used at all since I started . My question is I resently started citalopram 20mg and I got called in for a urine test which I get 2 randoms a month and she told me I faikdd morphine on the test which I have honestly have not taken and yhe only other things I have taken is ibprofrin and tylonel and not tylonel with codene. Has anyone hear of this ?

So it's my understanding that Citalopran will and can cause a false positive in marijuana testing as well
