Can Chantix Cause Joint Pain And Swelling (Top voted first)
UpdatedI STOPPED SMOKING ON 3/22/2016. NOW I HAVE SEVERE PAIN IN MY LEGS AND ARMS. THEY FEEL LIKE A TIGHT RUBBER BAND. I cant take it anymore.

Please ignore the above poster. Angioedema is listed as a side effect. A SERIOUS one at that. Call your Doctor IMMEDIATELY.

This medication has been known to cause pain, but not edema and swelling, as reported by the FDA. Typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
Are you on any other medications? If would most likely be best to have this checked out for your own health and safety.
