Can anyone use expired pile such as hydrochlorat or any other drug or should they be thrown away...

Most expired medications, in tablet, or capsule form, do not become dangerous, or toxic, once expired, but they do begin to lose efficacy.

Thus, the FDA recommends that they be disposed of and you should see your doctor for a new prescription.
