Hi, I have been felling dizzy and light headed for more than a year, had head MRI and blood work and nothing is wrong. I get more unbalanced when I teams shake infront of me like table or swing of hanged clothes. A year and a half ago one day I woke up with nausea went to Dr said inner ear infection and nothing can do about it no antibiotic is needed. After seeing 2 ENT they have no answer for me, some times I get hot ear too and one ear only. I begged my Dr to prescribe Antibiotics and after taking it couple days my lightheaded is worse now. Please help I don't know what else to do.

The FDA lists the typical antibiotic side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. It may take a few days to see if the antibiotic actually helps.
Are you on any other medications?
Do you swim, or soak in water? That could also cause swimmer's ear, which may cause similar symptoms.
