Can M2 Tone Solve My Problem

I'm 41 and I am having a problem with my menstrual cycle. It doesn't come regularly like before. Now it comes twice or 3 days in a month, but no more than 5 or 6 days. Can the M2 tone solve my problem?

At your age, that is normal. It is part of the aging process for women, it's called perimenopause and it can start as young as age 35. I started dealing with it, when I was 42. It just means that your body is getting ready for menopause and you are not ovulating every month, like you did, when you were younger, as explained by the NIH.

Unless your doctor feels there is some reason to worry, there is no need to be concerned about it, and it is often best to let it run its course. Though there are some medications that may help alleviate some of the symptoms, if your doctor feels they are appropriate.

As to the M2 Tone, no, it likely won't help. It is just a supplement that isn't actually proven to help help with anything. There's usually no harm in trying such products, but if they don't help, that is just the nature of them.

Are you on any other medications? When did the irregularity start?
