Hi Edward,

From what I could gather, there are no drug interactions listed between Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine) and Bisoprolol + Hydrochlorothiazide, so they should be safe to use together. However it is important to note that all prescription drugs do carry a risk for side effects.

Some common side effects of Bisoprolol + Hydrochlorothiazide include: problems with vision, eye pain, stomach pain, leg pain, weight gain, swelling, irregular heartbeat, numbness, weakness, and dry mouth.

Common side effects of Sudafed include: insomnia, headache, nausea, vomiting, weakness, irregular heartbeat, challenges with breathing, and abdominal pain.

This is not a complete list of possible side effects, but you can learn more about each drug on the page for Pseudoephedrine Details and Bisoprolol + HCTZ Details

I hope this helps!
