Can I Use Panafcort ?

I am taking 25mg of panafcort 1 every morning for 3 mornings for my neuralgia I have also been diagnosed with chronic kidney decease on the third stage. is it alright to be taking these panafort ? will they effect my kidneys ?

I don't seeing anything listed concerning the kidneys under the FDA provided information, however, you should only take it, if your doctor approves of your doing so.

Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, acne and fluid retention.
