Can Caldiking Plus Taken On Regularly

I am 45 years old woman. i heard after 45 years, ladies should take calcium tablet. so i asked my doctor to suggest the tablet. and he had suggested Caldikind. I am taking this tablet thrice a week. ( alternative days) is it correct. should i take this table till life long? is there any side effect for this?

As you get older, there is a risk of your developing osteoporosis and taking calcium supplements, or increasing your intake of calcium rich foods can help prevent it, according to the NIH. It may cause constipation as a side effect.

Thus, it is best to follow your doctor's instructions for your own safety.
