is it ok to take calonipin and xanex at the same time

No, they are both benzodiazepines that are used to treat the same conditions, so that would essentially be doubling up on the same medication.

Both of them can cause depression of the central nervous system, so taking too much could be very dangerous, since it may cause lowered heart rate, lowered blood pressure and shallow breathing. If that goes to far, due to an overdose, such issues have the potential to be fatal.
