Calan Sr Vs Verapamil
UpdatedI have been taking Calan SR pills to control my heart palpitations for 10 years. I am being forced to move to the genetic Verapamil SR. I have a mitro valve prolapse. I have tried to use this generic before but it does not control by palpitations. What are the best manufacturers for this drug? Is there a different generic I can take that would help me? Thanks to all that answer

Hello, John! How are you?
Verapamil SR is the generic name for the medication, it is not the name of one by any particular manufacturer. Do you remember any other details about the one you tried, before, such as the manufacturer, how it looked, or the markings on it?
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased urination.
