Hi Stevie,
I'm just curious about what color your pill is? I located a small round orange pill with a C on one side and 123 on the other, which turned out to be 50mgs of Topiramate.
Topiramate is an anticonvulsant/antiepileptic medication that's also used for migraines and nerve pain.
Apparently "Cipla USA" is the manufacturer of this particular tablet. I'm assuming the that's what the letter C stands for in the imprint. However you can always double check by contacting this company directly via their customer service department at: 844-247-5287.
