Hello, Rose! How are you?
Yes, hair loss can be a side effect and, unfortunately, once it's started it usually continues as long as someone is taking it. The only way to reverse it would be to speak to your doctor about trying a different medication.
Is there anything else I can help with?
After going on bi-stolic for high blood pressure) for a few months my hair started thinning ALOT! My dermatologist said it can happen with beta blockers. My cardiologist said he can take me off and try something else. Has anyone been switched to an equally effective HBP medication? Did your hair grow back?
