Hi yvonne,

Sorry to hear about your daughter's stomach pain. Concerning the use of Butylscopolamine + Paracetamol, the indications do state that it can be used for various types of gastrointestinal diseases, including intestinal spasms/cramps. However - I have yet to come across any dosing instructions specifically laid out for children. My findings only show adult dosing guidelines. So it seems to me like it would probably still be best to contact your doctor just to play it safe.
